An Excerpt from Father Warren’s Sermon for Stewardship Sunday, 2017
All we are and all we have, we have received from God. (It is not ours. We have it in trust.) A pledge is a disciplined – weekly, monthly, whatever – acknowledgement of that truth by returning to God a portion of what we have received from Him.

Some Numbers to Consider
The following table is provided for your reference as you pray on your pledge amount. It shows how much a 2%, 5%, and 10% pledge would amount to at various income levels.
The Baptismal Font
Our Baptismal Font was commissioned in 1850 (six years after the founding of the parish) by Elizabeth Perkins (whose family also established the Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown). It is the oldest possession of the parish, designed by Frank Wills, and originally installed in the building on Green Street (now the Longfellow Place condo towers). It has followed us from Green Street to Bowdoin Street to Brimmer Street! It has been recently been restored through the gift of another generous parishioner.
